The AV Engineer / IronBow Specialist will support, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise audio/visual and collaboration environments, with a focus on IronBow-supported collaboration solutions and integrated conferencing capabilities. The role involves configuring Cisco Webex Room Kit and enterprise A/V platforms, diagnosing hardware, software, network, endpoint, and application issues, performing root cause analysis, coordinating with infrastructure and operations teams, and supporting mission-critical meetings and executive events. The position requires extensive experience with enterprise A/V systems, Cisco Webex Room Kit, audio control systems, multimedia solutions, and Dante-enabled networking, along with strong troubleshooting and cross-functional coordination skills.
