Kinly is hiring a full-time AV Event Coordinator in Hyderabad, India, on a contract basis until February 2028. The role manages scheduling, assignment, customer engagement, and day-of support for client on-campus, virtual, and hybrid events, with responsibilities including event planning, virtual and hybrid technology, video editing, live-auditorium support, project management, and technical team leadership. The position requires proven experience scheduling events for Fortune 500 companies, familiarity with collaboration and unified communications tools, and strong organizational and communication skills. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a salary of INR 15,000–25,000 dependent on experience plus company benefits.
