Description
SmartSource is hiring a customer-focused Field Service Technician for its Las Vegas branch to support audio-visual and LED tile video wall technology at tradeshow, corporate meeting, and live-event sites. The role involves pulling, configuring, setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and striking AV and LED equipment; providing on-site customer service; supporting crews; and traveling to client and event locations, including occasional remote or overnight travel. Candidates need at least three years of audio-visual or LED tile video wall support experience, strong AV and computer-networking skills, customer service and communication abilities, leadership experience, and a valid driver's license.
