Description
The AV Programmer will support customers with the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and operation of audiovisual control systems, including remote and on-site assistance, software and hardware diagnostics, third-party device integration, and customer training. The role also provides feedback on escalations and product improvements, maintains awareness of AV certifications and specifications, and reports technical issues. Candidates need a strong background in control systems such as AMX, Crestron, or QSC, Python programming, AV system integration, networking, and database knowledge, along with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and experience in AV technical support, system design, and field commissioning. The position is based in the BENELUX or DACH area, requires fluent English, and offers a hybrid arrangement with three office days and two days from home.
