HEDSouth is hiring an in-person AV Project Coordinator in Hollywood, Florida, to provide administrative and operational support to its Engineering team. The role manages staff workload and scheduling, coordinates across engineering, sales, project management, procurement, installation, programming, and service teams, tracks tasks and scheduling conflicts, processes project documentation, and generates weekly engineering status and schedule reports. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a stated salary of $65,000 to $75,000 per year and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
