New Era Technology is hiring an AV Solutions Engineer to deliver end-to-end audio-visual solutions from design through project completion and client acceptance. The role combines pre-sales design and proposal development with post-sales technical support, including AV system design, functional descriptions, block diagrams, cost estimates, site surveys, construction documentation, project lifecycle support, and installation and commissioning assistance. Candidates need strong AV technology knowledge, project management experience, technical communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft tools and AV equipment, and the ability to work with contractors and non-technical stakeholders.
