EOS IT Solutions is hiring an AV Technician II to provide Tier 2 video conferencing and in-room AV/VC technical support. The role includes monitoring automated conference-room alerts, resolving hardware and software issues, supporting events and new builds, providing white-glove support to senior management, conducting root-cause analyses, and maintaining equipment uptime. The position requires knowledge of Cisco, Crestron, Extron, Shure, Clearone, and related AV/VC hardware and signal flow, along with strong customer service, conflict resolution, and physical integration skills. The stated pay range is $80,000–$90,000 USD.
