Description
CS Erickson is seeking an AV and Structured Cabling Operations Manager to lead the operational execution of AV and structured cabling solutions. The role manages engineering and project delivery teams, owns short-term P&L performance, oversees project schedules, budgets, quality, forecasting, change orders, and closeout processes, and supports complex bids and design-build opportunities. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or at least five years of experience in AV integration, structured cabling, or similar technical contracting environments, along with experience leading engineering or project management teams and proficiency in construction and workplace software.
