Description
EOS IT Solutions is hiring an AV Technician based in the Tokyo area to provide flexible onsite and remote support across client environments in Japan and the wider APAC region. The role covers AV operations, live events, integration, workplace technology, IT infrastructure, networking, structured cabling, and data-centre activity, including fault finding, installation, commissioning, maintenance, equipment replacement, handovers, incident management, and documentation. The technician will travel frequently to locations such as Manila, Singapore, Seoul, and Mumbai, and must have around two years of hands-on technical operations or support experience, a practical AV foundation, strong diagnostic and documentation skills, business-level English, and Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or equivalent.
