MANTECH is hiring a full-time Availability Manager for its worldwide IT operations support contract, with work centers in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, or Aurora, Colorado. The role manages network outages, major incidents, service-level and performance metrics, root-cause analysis, after-action reporting, and preventative measures, while supporting 24/7 operations. Candidates need at least two years of relevant technical experience, a Security+ or other IAT Level II certification, technical support experience, network monitoring and switch knowledge, and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. The projected compensation range is $71,400 to $118,700, with health insurance and other benefits depending on the position.
