Talent Solutions RPO is seeking Recruiters and Sourcers for its Available Workforce, a flexible bench of consultants available for internal assignments. The role involves connecting motivated candidates with opportunities, building candidate and client relationships, screening and assessing candidates, improving sourcing strategies, and delivering client satisfaction. The position can be performed virtually from anywhere in the United States, offers flexible schedules, and provides medical, dental, life insurance, disability, and 401K benefits while on a paid assignment. Applicants need two years of recruiting or coordination experience and a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
