Description
The role is responsible for creating and maintaining semiconductor processing recipes and processes, monitoring statistical process control, investigating and resolving yield issues, developing corrective actions and control plans, improving process capability and cycle time, documenting process specifications, training process technicians, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant science or engineering field with at least eight years of semiconductor industry experience, or equivalent master's or PhD qualifications, along with knowledge of semiconductor wafer processing, engineering statistics, and semiconductor lasers. The position involves extended work in a class 100/1000 clean room, handling chemicals and acids, and following cleanroom and EHS procedures.
