Description
The role is responsible for creating and maintaining semiconductor processing recipes and processes, monitoring statistical process control, investigating and resolving yield issues, developing corrective actions and control plans, improving process capability and cycle time, documenting process specifications, training process technicians, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant science or engineering field with at least eight years of semiconductor industry experience, or an alternative master's or PhD pathway, along with cleanroom, chemical, and statistical-process-control experience.
