Description
The Aviation Supervisor, Cabin Services oversees daily aircraft cabin cleaning operations, supervises cabin service agents, coordinates staffing, conducts quality inspections, trains employees, monitors performance, and ensures compliance with FAA, airport, airline, OSHA, and company standards. The role supports flight schedules, irregular operations, and peak travel periods, and requires a valid driver's license, age 21 or older, a high school diploma or GED, and 2–3 years of supervisory experience in aviation, cabin services, housekeeping, hospitality, facilities, or related operations.
