AECOM is hiring an Aviation Client & Programme Director to lead the growth of its Aviation business across the United Kingdom and Ireland. Reporting to the Sector Director, the role owns the three-year growth strategy, major opportunity pursuit and conversion, executive client relationships, account growth, flagship programme delivery, commercial performance, and the development of future leadership capability. The position requires a proven record of winning major infrastructure programmes, aviation-sector relationships, complex multidisciplinary delivery, commercial management, global organisation experience, and inspirational leadership. The role offers hybrid work options and requires in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office.
