The Aviation CNC Machinist performs setup, calibration, maintenance, and operation of machining equipment to produce precise cuts, bends, alignments, and forms. The role interprets blueprints and specifications, measures workpieces, troubleshoots equipment, adjusts machine tools, participates in continuous improvement, and cross-trains in complementary production skills. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of CNC setup and operation experience, mechanical and mathematical aptitude, blueprint-reading ability, and U.S. work authorization.
