The Aviation CNC Machinist performs setup, calibration, maintenance, and operation of CNC equipment to produce precise cuts, bends, alignments, and forms. The role involves interpreting blueprints and specifications, measuring workpieces, troubleshooting machine performance, adjusting tools, participating in continuous improvement, cross-training, and following safety procedures. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of CNC setup and operating experience, mechanical aptitude, blueprint-reading ability, mathematical aptitude, and the ability to work weekend shifts.
