The Consultant delivers consulting and training services to aviation organisations, improving safety, compliance, and operational performance. The role manages client projects, applies Continuing Airworthiness regulatory knowledge, assesses organisational structures and maintenance-airworthiness interactions, supports maintenance programme and airworthiness review processes, and develops client relationships and consulting tools. It requires aviation experience focused on Continuing Airworthiness, knowledge of EASA and UK CAA frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to analyse operational and regulatory data. The role also expects AI and digital competency for consulting and training delivery.
