Global Support and Development is hiring a full-time Aviation Operations and Compliance Specialist for an on-site role in Charlotte, North Carolina. The position supports humanitarian aviation operations by coordinating charter operators, vendors, insurers, and legal partners; managing master service agreements and aviation permits; scheduling flights and aerial movements of personnel and cargo up to 10,000 pounds; and ensuring compliance with FAA, ICAO, and other aviation regulations. The role requires at least five years of aviation operations experience, knowledge of relevant aviation regulations and safety systems, and a bachelor’s degree in an aviation-related field or equivalent experience and training. It includes up to 30% domestic and international travel, potential deployments to hazardous disaster-response environments, and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
