Goodwin is hiring an Aviation Operations Coordinator, also referred to internally as a Sourcing Associate, to manage live charter-flight requests in its platform. The role calls aircraft operators, gathers quotes and trip details, negotiates pricing and terms, prioritizes urgent requests, maintains accurate records, and collaborates with sourcing and guest services. It is based in the Columbus office five days per week, requires daytime and evening weekday, holiday, and weekend availability, and pays $25 per hour with health, dental, and vision insurance.
