Ardurra is hiring an Aviation Planner - Team Lead to manage and lead aviation planning projects for commercial service and general aviation clients, with a strong focus on airfield planning and advisory services. The role serves as a technical leader and project manager for airport master plans, airport layout plans, airfield development studies, capacity and demand analyses, environmental documentation, and capital improvement programs. Responsibilities include defining program requirements, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing project scope and budgets, leading stakeholder engagement, mentoring staff, and supporting business development. The position requires a bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant aviation planning experience, with 8+ years leading aviation planning teams. Compensation is $160,000 to $200,000 annually, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
