Description
Climate Catalyst is seeking qualified firms to independently design and deliver an end-term evaluation of its Aviation Programme in Europe. The fixed-term assignment, planned for October 2026 through March 2027, will assess impact, policy influence, narrative change, private-sector action, ecosystem coordination, strategy effectiveness, and the durability of outcomes, while generating transferable learning and building internal evaluation capacity. The work includes co-designing an evaluation framework, applying mixed qualitative and quantitative methods, conducting stakeholder engagement and a listening report, assessing policy resilience, and producing a final evidence-based report.
