The role combines project management, client and sponsor relationship management, business development, regulatory and environmental compliance, quality control, staff mentoring, and office support during construction. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field, a PE license, and at least eight years of experience in airport design or construction.
