Description

The Assistant Partial Program Manager (Powerplant) serves as a full-time assistant to a Partial Program Manager Powerplant, supporting the adequacy of operators' maintenance, preventative maintenance, and alteration programs for powerplants off-wing. The role performs technical administration, certification, surveillance, enforcement investigations, MEL coordination, emergency suspensions, re-examinations, complaint and incident investigations, and technical assistance to legal counsel. It requires U.S. citizenship, a high school diploma or equivalent, English fluency, a valid state driver's license, and at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-H or FG/GS-12 grade level as an Aviation Safety Inspector; the position is not virtual or remote.
