Description
The FAA is hiring a Principal Maintenance Inspector, General Aviation Maintenance (GAM), for the Greater Chicago FSDO. The role independently plans and executes complex maintenance inspection programs, provides policy guidance to field inspectors, and may exercise certificate authority over major general aviation organizations. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, hold an FAA Mechanic Certificate with airframe and powerplant ratings, have recent aircraft maintenance experience, and meet the specified medical and general qualification standards.
