ISS is hiring a full-time Aviation Security Manager to lead aviation security operations at Brisbane Airport. The role manages operational teams, ensures compliance with aviation security legislation and regulations, leads investigations and audits, supports workforce planning and emergency response, and drives safety, security, compliance, operational excellence, and customer service. Candidates need aviation or regulated-industry leadership experience, strong operational and risk-management skills, stakeholder engagement and communication abilities, and current Queensland Security and ASIC licences or the ability to obtain and maintain them.
