AECOM is hiring an Aviation Senior Program Manager to lead major Texas airport development and capital improvement programs in Austin, Texas. The role oversees the full planning, design, procurement, and construction lifecycle; provides executive leadership and governance; manages budgets, schedules, risks, change control, and reporting; coordinates with airport authorities, regulators, and external stakeholders; and leads multidisciplinary teams. Candidates need a BA/BS and at least 12 years of related aviation infrastructure program or project management experience, including 4 years of leadership, plus airport-specific background checks and clearances. Sponsorship is not offered, but relocation support may be available.
