Intuitive Machines is hiring an Avionics Engineer – Test Engineer in Houston, Texas, to support COTS and custom PCBAs and avionics boxes through development and flight testing. The role covers functional, TVAC, vibration, and thermal testing; test-plan development and execution; anomaly analysis and root-cause investigations; cross-functional collaboration; system-level validation; and documentation of design changes, test results, and compliance records. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical, aerospace, or a related electro-mechanical field, or 10+ years of experience in lieu of the degree, along with 3–5 years of avionics engineering experience and experience working with propulsion, mechanisms, and thermal teams.
