Katalyst is hiring an Avionics Engineering Manager to lead spacecraft avionics architecture, electronics, embedded software, communications, power systems, sensors, harnessing, and fault management across multiple programs. The role owns development, integration, testing, qualification, reliability, and technical roadmaps while leading an avionics team and partnering with Systems, GNC, Robotics, Flight Software, and Mission Operations. A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, at least 8 years of complex embedded systems experience, and 3+ years leading technical teams are required; the anticipated base salary is $177,000–$217,000 annually, with medical, vision, dental, equity, relocation, and paid-time-off benefits.
