The Exploration Company is hiring an Avionics Equipment Technical Owner to own an avionics unit from concept and breadboard through engineering, qualification, and flight models. The role coordinates electronics, mechanical, thermal, digital, system, test, and EGSE teams; manages unit documentation, ICDs, requirements, FDIR, and FMEA; runs functional and environmental test campaigns; analyzes test data; and develops improvement roadmaps. The posting seeks candidates with aerospace or electrical engineering education, avionics design experience, knowledge of space standards and safety-critical design, and strong analytical and communication skills.
