The role involves aircraft maintenance, avionics installation, wiring-diagram interpretation, regulatory compliance, documentation, safe use of tools and equipment, and reporting unsafe conditions. Candidates need a current or in-progress Transport Canada AME “E” license or related experience, at least two years of avionics or related technical experience, physical ability to perform demanding tasks, shift and overtime flexibility, and occasional travel availability for AOG recovery or offsite installations.
