Description
Bell is hiring an Avionics Integration Engineer for its AH-1Z Viper and UH-1Y Venom team at its Fort Worth, Texas headquarters. The role develops, manages, and communicates integration and test requirements for military upgrade programs; performs hardware and software integration testing; supports design through qualification, integration testing, flight testing, and production; creates performance specifications, interface control documents, and test plans; analyzes air-vehicle and systems performance; improves integrated avionics and weapon-system capabilities; and provides technical oversight of subcontractors. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least two years of relevant engineering experience, integration experience with specified avionics systems, familiarity with listed qualification standards, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
