BAE Systems is hiring an Avionics Maintenance Supervisor in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia to support Royal Saudi Air Force aircraft maintenance operations. The role leads and supervises avionics/electrical maintenance technicians, certifies completed work, plans and coordinates scheduled maintenance, ensures compliance with approved data and maintenance procedures, manages shift staffing and team performance, supports training and competency development, handles technical issues and documentation, and helps ensure aircraft availability for the customer.
