Description
SpaceX is hiring an Avionics Manufacturing Engineer to own the full manufacturing process of avionics hardware, including PCBA and sensors manufacturing, electromechanical assembly, and environmental testing. The role focuses on design for manufacturability, manufacturing automation, tooling, equipment qualification, yield improvement, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, engineering documentation, and production training. A bachelor's degree in engineering and at least one year of experience in mechanical or electrical hardware systems are required; the role may require extended hours and weekend work and offers base salary of $100,000–$130,000 for Level 1 or $115,000–$160,000 for Level 2, plus medical, vision, dental, retirement, and other benefits.
