Description
AAR is hiring a temporary Avionics Mechanic to inspect, test, adjust, repair, calibrate, and maintain aircraft avionics equipment, including radar, radio, navigation, autopilot, and compass systems. The role also includes in-flight adjustments, ground-station checks, wiring-harness fabrication, maintenance oversight, contractor supervision, and host-nation mechanic training. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, electronics-avionics technical school or equivalent military experience, an FCC or FAA license, at least eight years of aircraft installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair experience, and a U.S. Department of State security clearance.
