Greenpoint Technologies is hiring an avionics operations leadership professional to oversee avionics installation, maintenance, modification, inspection, repair, system integration, and return-to-service testing for VIP aircraft interiors. The role leads and mentors technicians, coordinates staffing and workflow, ensures FAA and Part 145 compliance, manages documentation and tooling, supports customers, and contributes to department growth. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, Airframe or A&P certification, and preferred commercial aircraft maintenance/MRO and leadership experience.
