Description
Acron Aviation is hiring an Avionics Product Support Engineer to provide technical support for communication, flight recorder, display, ground support equipment, flight data analysis, electronic standby indicators, thermal switches, accident data recovery, and Iridium SATCOM products. The role troubleshoots issues, manages customer interactions in Salesforce, leads reliability reviews and corrective actions, develops service bulletins and training materials, and collaborates with engineering and other functions. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, aviation, or a related field, strong avionics and electronics knowledge, and international and domestic travel as needed.
