Description
Relativity Space is hiring an Avionics Manufacturing Lead to manage and support the avionics PCBA rework technician team and SMT line, drive production execution, quality assurance, and schedule adherence, and improve build efficiency and technician ergonomics. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, plus at least three years of production leadership experience in aerospace, electronics, or high-reliability manufacturing, along with direct experience managing or supporting PCBAs and electro-mechanical assemblies. The hiring range is $126,000 to $190,000 USD.
