Description
The Avionics Reliability Engineer – Aftermarket monitors, analyzes, and improves the reliability of Acron Avionics product lines by identifying failure trends, calculating MTBUR and MTBF, developing reliability models, investigating root causes, coordinating corrective actions, and supporting legacy and in-service avionics products. The role provides global support to internal teams and customers, interfaces with airline customers, MROs, and OEMs, prepares reliability reports, and drives continuous improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent technical experience, 2–5 years of avionics reliability or systems engineering experience, knowledge of reliability statistics and avionics systems, Windchill Risk and Reliability analysis experience, and experience using automation and AI tools.
