Performance Software is hiring an Avionics Software or Systems Engineer for an immediate full-time opportunity. The role can be direct employment in one of seven listed office locations or a remote contract, with compensation of $75,000–$145,000 DOE for direct employment or $75–$110 per hour DOE for contract work. Candidates must be U.S. persons, hold a relevant bachelor’s or advanced degree, have significant avionics flight-control software and embedded software experience, and demonstrate strong object-oriented programming, software development methodology, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
