Description
AAR is hiring a temporary Avionics Supervisor to provide oversight and leadership to avionics mechanics and technicians. The role includes assigning duties, monitoring work, inspecting and testing avionics equipment, repairing and calibrating components, performing in-flight adjustments, conducting FAR inspections, operating ground stations, fabricating wiring harnesses, and supporting avionics upgrades. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, an FAA or equivalent aviation license, at least four years of aircraft installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair experience, experience working from technical documents, CMF 15 aviation MOS series or equivalent DHC-8 experience, and the ability to obtain a United States Department of State security clearance. It is an hourly position with a 48-hour work week and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
