Blue Origin is seeking an Avionics Technical Project Manager to join their team. This role involves coordinating the schedule and priorities of design work for various spaceflight systems, managing project schedules, costs, and integrating avionics development with the overall program. The manager will collaborate with stakeholders to define avionics requirements, create project management plans, and track technical performance measures to ensure successful human spaceflight.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering or related field.
Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of Project Management experience.
Experience with critical path scheduling, IMP/IMS, risk management, requirements management, and Cost Account Management such as Earned Value Management (EVM).
Strong technical background in a relevant area of avionics hardware development (e.g., harness/EWIS design, electrical interconnect, connector engineering, or wire harness manufacturing).
Experience managing development projects, including requirements, priorities, scope, schedule, and cost.
Preferred Qualifications: Post-graduate degree in electrical/computer/aerospace engineering or management
PMP Certification
Familiar with agile project management; scrum master experience a plus.
Experience with flight hardware development, qualification, and supplier management.
