Acron Aviation is seeking an Avionics Technical Support Engineer – Aftermarket to provide technical support for flight recorders, electronic standby instruments, SATCOM, TCAS, and TAWS. The role involves troubleshooting avionics issues, managing customer support cases in Salesforce, collaborating with engineering teams on root cause analysis, contributing to reliability reviews and technical documentation, supporting customer training, and traveling internationally for on-site support. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation, or a related field or equivalent technical experience, along with strong analytical, communication, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce skills; avionics, digital electronics, RF, automation, and AI experience are preferred.
