United Airlines is hiring an Avionics Technician for its Technical Operations team. The role involves inspecting, installing, calibrating, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and documenting aircraft avionics systems such as communication, navigation, radar, autopilot, flight data, and electronic flight instrument systems. The technician must hold an FAA A&P License, have a high school diploma or equivalent, be computer literate, possess a valid United States driver's license, pass background and drug screening, work any shift in a 24/7 airport operation including weekends, holidays, and possible overtime, and meet physical requirements for elevated areas, lifting, and confined spaces. The starting rate is $38.77 per hour, and the position does not offer visa sponsorship.
