Cowboy Space Corporation is hiring an Avionics Test Engineer to lead the validation, integration, and qualification of spacecraft electronics at the board and system level. The role owns test systems and methodologies, develops automated test equipment and software, performs board bring-up and troubleshooting, characterizes electrical performance, supports environmental qualification and failure analysis, and improves manufacturing screening and reliability processes. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 1–5+ years of experience testing complex electronic hardware, along with experience in PCB debugging, laboratory instrumentation, and automated test development.
