Description
SpaceX is hiring an Avionics Test Engineer for its Starship Components Test team. The role designs, develops, and maintains custom hardware and software test systems for spacecraft avionics, including electronics, optics, RF hardware, and electro-mechanical components. Responsibilities include selecting or designing test hardware and PCBAs, writing Python automation, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams, and investigating test failures. The position requires an engineering bachelor's degree, at least one year of relevant hardware or software development experience, and at least one year of programming experience in Python, MATLAB, or Embedded C/C++.
