3MD Inc. is hiring an Avionics Test Engineer to design, integrate, validate, and support electrical and avionics test racks for satellite hardware. The role includes harnessing, instrumentation, grounding, shielding, power distribution, calibration, EMI/EMC compliance testing, troubleshooting, automation collaboration, documentation, and customer acceptance testing. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Avionics Engineering and at least five years of aerospace or avionics test equipment experience, is onsite in Redmond, Washington, and may require occasional travel of up to 50%.
