Citi is hiring an Assistant Vice President, Business Analytics – Lead Analyst, in its Mumbai office to lead process-efficiency initiatives for client financial reporting and returns. The role involves designing and prototyping reporting improvements, applying operational risk management, owning recurring client reporting processes, analyzing client returns across Banking, Services, and Markets, and developing a single source of truth for client financials. Candidates need 5 to 10 years of financial-services experience, accounting or financial-reporting experience, operational risk expertise, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field.
