Chevron Federal Credit Union is hiring an Enterprise Platforms Leader to own the technical and operational strategy, roadmap, delivery, governance, vendor relationships, and performance of enterprise workflow, integration, automation, and emerging AI platforms. The role leads product management, integration engineering, and operations teams; manages Salesforce, ServiceNow, Boomi, Zapier, and Microsoft Copilot; and partners with enterprise stakeholders in a regulated financial services environment. It requires 7–10 years of enterprise platforms or technology leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree, and experience managing enterprise platform ecosystems; financial services experience is preferred. The position offers remote eligibility and compensation ranging from $113,382.40 to $194,876.00 depending on zone, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and incentive benefits.
