Description
Jefferies is hiring a hybrid Lead AI Engineer to own the production operations and evolution of an agentic AI platform supporting enterprise HR and recruiting workflows. The role combines full-stack development across React, TypeScript, FastAPI, and Python services with AI agent operations, human-in-the-loop governance, data-masking and bias controls, AWS infrastructure, observability, and integrations with Oracle ORC, PeopleSoft, sourcing-channel APIs, DocuSign, Exchange, and ServiceNow. The engineer will also lead knowledge transfer from the delivery partner and serve as the internal technical authority for the platform.
